Position Overview
Exaforce is seeking talented Software Engineers for our Zürich or Prague office, specializing in frontend engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex, data-driven dashboards with a focus on performance and user experience
- Build, maintain, and optimize reusable UI component libraries for consistent design and functionality across applications
- Collaborate closely with product team to influence the evolution of product design
- Collaborate with backend engineers to make sure the API enables building a performance oriented user interface
- Ensure scalability, maintainability, and best practices are followed in UI development
- Drive continuous improvement of the front-end architecture and design systems
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and uphold high coding standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and cloud operations.
- Strong understanding of web technologies (JavaScript, DOM, CSS).
- Experience in building complex web applications using TypeScript and React / Angular.
- Experience with unit and integration testing.
- Experience with data visualization, particularly d3 is a plus.
- Experience with relational database technologies is a plus.
- Experience with Python or Golang is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with TypeScript and React.
- Experience with building complex, data intensive applications.
- Familiarity with AWS / GCP / Azure and containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of security principles and best practices in cloud environments.
